Childhood, Youth, Ageing, Death–all these are just Superficial Changes!
When you see changes happening in your mirror, please don’t be confused. Nothing is happening to YOU. You are the same. You will never die, shall never take birth, shall never go anywhere, shall never have ailments or diseases, You are different.
These changes are merely superficial.
देहिनो,स्मिन् यथा देहे कौमारं यौव्वनम् जरा ।
तथा देहान्तरप्राप्तिः धीरः तत्र न मुह्यते२। १३
dehinaḥ asmin yathā dehe kaumāram yauvvanam jarā
tathā dehāntara prāptiḥ dhîraḥ tatra na muhyate 2.13
For the embodied ones, just as it is with childhood, youth or old age, so is changing the bodies. So, the steady people, who are wise, will not be confused or worried.
That is, if this body falls. That is fine. A new world begins, a new experience begins, a new life begins!
